CO-FOUNDER AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
The Co-Founder and Construction Manager of Kings Innovative Construction (KIC) is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction operations and ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. With strong hands-on experience in building construction, steel structures, interior works, and renovation projects, they play a key role in translating project plans into successful on-site execution.
The Construction Manager leads site teams, coordinates subcontractors, and manages resources to maintain productivity, cost control, and adherence to project schedules. CO-FOUNDER AND MANAGER - MEP
The Co-Founder and Manager - MEP of Kings Innovative Construction (KIC)
oversees all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities across projects, ensuring seamless integration with architectural and structural works. With strong technical expertise and hands-on experience, this role is responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of MEP systems in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards.
The MEP Manager works closely with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. A strong focus on coordination, testing, commissioning, and compliance ensures reliable system performance and timely project delivery
